Land Acknowledgement
Foundry Victoria is grateful to live, work, and gather on the lands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, specifically the stolen traditional territories of the T’Sou-ke, Scia’new (Beecher Bay), Xwsepsum (Esquimalt), Songhees, SȾÁUTW̱ (Tsawout), W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip), W̱SIKEM (Tseycum), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), and MÁLEXEȽ (Malahat).
We honour Métis, Inuit, First Nations, and all Indigenous peoples whose stewardship of Turtle Island has protected the earth, water, and sky, as well as the health and wellbeing practices that have sustained us, and we seek to be good ancestors in our work.
As an organization, we commit to reconciliation, decolonizing our health care practices, and Indigenous youth-led health solutions that support current and future generations.

While we offer many services at Foundry Victoria, we also work alongside other services in our community to help you connect with the right people and programs. We can help you better navigate services and systems for youth and families in our community.
It also means we work closely with you and your loved ones/support team to help you make your own health care decisions and be involved in your care plan.
To Make An Appointment:
We use a same-day appointment booking system for most of our services, including counselling and nursing. These are booked over the phone starting at 9:30am.
For any questions about our services, including access to our specialized services, please call the front desk at 250-383-3552 ext. 1.
Booking on behalf of a young person? Our team will need to receive consent from them before we are able to book an appointment, so please make sure they are available when you call.
Same-day counselling services are available in-person on Tuesdays, or virtually on weekdays through the Foundry Virtual BC App. Click here for more info about how to access virtual appointments.
If it is your first time visiting our centre we may book you an appointment with a counsellor, a youth worker, or a nurse for an intake appointment depending on your needs.
An intake appointment is a chance for us to get to know you a bit, gather information about different aspects of your life, and work with you to create a care plan that will work for you. The care plan might include support at Foundry Victoria, but it might also include accessing services and supports from our partners in the community.
Need help and are unsure of where to begin? Have questions about who we are and how we can help? Give us a call at 250-383-3552 ext. 1 or contact our front desk team email at frontdesk@foundryvictoria.ca
We receive a high volume of requests, so calling the front desk is highly encouraged if you need a quick answer. Please note that we do not book appointments over email.
To support Foundry Victoria, donations can be made to our fundraising partner: St. Paul’s Foundation. They have established a dedicated fund for Foundry Victoria and will ensure that all donations made to support the centre will be directed back to us. We are so grateful for the support of donors and community champions who make our work possible.
