We are so excited to announce that Foundry East Kootenay is officially opening its doors in Cranbrook to provide much-needed health and wellness services to youth and families/caregivers in the community.
Foundry East Kootenay will provide a range of free and confidential services to young people ages 12-24 and their families/caregivers, including mental-health and substance use support, physical and sexual health care, peer support and social services. All services are provided in a youth-friendly, welcoming space to facilitate easier access and is based on each young person’s needs.
Foundry East Kootenay will be fully integrated with the Foundry BC App platform, enhancing service access by allowing young people and their families/caregivers to book appointments at the centre through the Foundry BC app.
We congratulate Foundry East Kootenay, Ktunaxa-Kinbasket Child and Family Services (KKCFS) and the numerous community partners who played an instrumental role in bringing Foundry to East Kootenay!
