Employment Opportunities
Foundry is a province-wide network of integrated health and wellness services for young people ages 12–24 and their families. We bring together multiple services together in one place — in person at Foundry centres and virtually through the Foundry BC app — to make it easier for youth to access care, connection and support.
Working at Foundry
At Foundry, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals from across disciplines — mental health, substance use, physical and sexual health, peer support, and work, education & community — all working towards the shared goal of supporting young people and their families to get access to the services they need, when they need it.
Our teams value youth voice, equity and cultural safety. We strive to create inclusive environments where everyone; staff, youth and families, feel seen, heard and supported.
Whether you’re working at Foundry Centre, delivering services virtually through our provincial virtual services, or supporting innovation at Foundry’s Central Office, you’re helping BC youth to thrive.
Foundry Centres
All Foundry centres are operated by local non-profits and health authorities in communities across BC. Staff working at Foundry centres are employed or contracted by those nonprofits or health authorities, or of their local partner agencies.
Foundry Virtual BC
Foundry Virtual BC offers provincial virtual services to youth ages 12-24 and their families across BC. Foundry Virtual BC’s team consists of counsellors, peer supporters, nurse practitioners, and many other health professions, working together to provide virtual services for youth all across BC.
