Past Groups
This workshop series is for caregivers who are learning to embrace the zigzags, detours, and dazzling discoveries that come with raising a neurodivergent youth. In the two-session series, we will dive into the science of how the brain works, learn about navigating behaviours that may be disguising something else, share practical strategies for daily life, and laugh through the chaos together.
This virtual-led group will use art to experience mindfulness and self-care, while focusing on building community and exploring our values & personal identity. This group will support caregivers of youth aged 12-24 in gaining skills to explore their caregiving values and self-care in a safe and creative environment. No previous art skills are required.
