Who We Are
Foundry Tri-Cities
Opening 2025, Foundry Tri-Cities aims to work closely with local health authorities and community service providers to deliver integrated services under one roof for youth and young people 12-24 and their families. As Lead Agency, SHARE Family & Community Services, will work with partners to determine services and supports in the areas of mental health, substance use, physical & sexual health care, social services, and peer support!
Services
Services will include access to mental health and substance use supports, physical & sexual health care and peer support. Working collaboratively with our community service providers, we hope to also provide access to social services and other meaningful programs and services though one convenient location – Foundry TriCities!
Get Involved
In Spring 2024, Foundry Tri-Cities will be convening its community-based Leadership Advisory Table. The table will be responsible for recruiting and convening Youth and Family community members to participate in the Youth and Family Advisory Tables. Look out here for more information to come!
