Land Acknowledgement
Foundry Kamloops acknowledges, with much gratitude, that we are located only blocks from the meeting of the rivers on ancestral, and unceded Tk’emlúps territory of the Secwepemcúl’ecw (Secwépemc) people. This territory is home to many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples. Our commitment goes beyond this land acknowledgement; it is a vital step toward reconciliation, honouring Indigenous heritage and the land’s history that stretches back to time immemorial. Foundry Kamloops is dedicated to offering culturally sensitive services to the community.
Foundry Kamloops supports the health and wellness needs of youth and their families in Kamloops and the surrounding areas. Our services are free and confidential.
Foundry Kamloops is operated by Interior Community Services (ICS). At Foundry centres, multiple service providers and organizations work together to provide a variety of services to youth ages 12-24 and their families.
Foundry Kamloops is part of Foundry’s network of centres across BC. Want to learn more?
