Past Groups
This workshop series is for caregivers who are learning to embrace the zigzags, detours, and dazzling discoveries that come with raising a neurodivergent youth. In the two-session series, we will dive into the science of how the brain works, learn about navigating behaviours that may be disguising something else, share practical strategies for daily life, and laugh through the chaos together.
This virtual-led group will use art to experience mindfulness and self-care, while focusing on building community and exploring our values & personal identity. This group will support caregivers of youth ages 12-24 in gaining skills to explore their caregiving values and self-care in a safe and creative environment. No previous art skills are required.
A free 5-week body image group where youth ages 14-24 living in BC will explore their relationship with food and their body, while gaining tools and skills to manage uncomfortable feelings. This group is open to anyone who has felt the pressure to look a certain way based on society’s standards or is struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, diet culture or weight stigma.
