Land Acknlowedgement
Located within the shared, unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. These nations are hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim speaking peoples. These territories are now home to many diverse First Nations, Métis and Inuit. Our work does not start and end with this land acknowledgement; it is one important action towards Reconciliation, honouring the land and Indigenous heritage, which dates back since time immemorial.

Foundry Vancouver-Granville is operated by Providence Health Care. At Foundry centres, multiple service providers and organizations work together to provide a variety of services to youth and families.

Did you know...
This centre was first established in 2015 as the home of the Inner City Youth (ICY) program. At the time, we were called the Granville Youth Health Centre, which was Canada’s first integrated health and social service centre for youth and young adults.
ICY and the Granville Youth Health Centre helped inspire the creation of Foundry, and we eventually became Foundry Vancouver-Granville.

Student Practicums & Internship Inquiries
Foundry Vancouver-Granville currently provides practicum and internship opportunities for nurses, masters of social work, occupational therapists, psychology and medical students, and clinical counsellors. If you are interested, please ask your school advisor to apply through HSPNet.
