What is self-care? You may hear about it in the media and you might be familiar with the phrase “treat yourself,” but this article talking about something else completely. By definition, self-care is any activity we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional and physical health. It’s not an indulgence, and self-care doesn’t work in the short term.
