As we grow up, the way we perceive and feel about our changing bodies can be confusing, and some people may develop distressing thoughts and behaviours around food, exercise and body shape. When people become so focused on their eating and exercise habits that they have trouble with school, work or relationships, it can be a sign of a deeper rooted problem.
