We’re thrilled to welcome the newest member to Foundry’s central office team, Andrea Vukobrat, Foundry’s youth peer engagement coordinator. Andrea is so excited to work towards continuous and meaningful engagement of young people to inform the development of Foundry as a service and brand created for youth, with youth.

Andrea has been volunteering and working in youth mental health for five years. She completed her undergraduate in Psychology at UBC but feels she’s learned the most from her experiences as a FamilySmart youth peer support worker at the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre, working one-on-one with children, youth and families experiencing mental health challenges. Within her work she lead the Youth Ambassador Program and discovered her passion for youth engagement. She looks forward to working with youth and young adults to make Foundry as relevant and adapted to their needs as possible.
